 Nice safe packing box:All of our crystal awards are packed in elegant presentation gift box, the gift boxes are cushioned inside to protect the awards during the shipping. The packing box can be made according to customer's design to satisfy your special requirements on packing.Customer's logo can be stamped on the box, or printed in colored logos.  Logos and customer artwork( logo, text word, image can be in JPG, BMP, AI, CDR file)

Sandblasting/engraving	1, Logo, text word and image should be provided by customer in right font. 2, Approval on the logo or text effect within 2 days after received the payment. 3, Free for sample sandblast for single color.
2D/3D etch laser engraving	1, Logo, image and text files should be provide by client in right font( IN AI format best) 2, Approval the 2D/3D logo, text and image effect usually within 3 days after received the payment. 3, The color for 2D/3D etch logo, tect and picture is only white color, could not show in colored.
Printing outside	1, Logo, text and pictures should be provided by client in JPG format. 2, Approval of the printing effect usually within 4 days after received the payment.

Sample Policies:

1, customer share pay the sample charge and the freight for samples.

2, samples packing will be used our own safe packing only, if customer need special packing for sample, please kindly contact the customer service before start the project.

3, sample lead time: it is about 4-7 days for making crystal award samples after received the sample charges.

   

Payment terms

1, For order amount under 1000 USD, customer need pay 100% down payment with your order to us.

2, For order amount 1000-5000 USD, customer need pay 50% down payment to us, the balance 50% paid before shipment.

3, For order amount up to 5000USD, customer need pay 40% down payment along with the order to us, the balance paid before shipment.

Mass production time

1, quantity under 100 pcs: 5 working days after received the payment

2, quantity 100-500 pcs: 10 working days after received the payment

3, quantity 500-2000 pcs: 20 working days after received the payment

The exact lead time should according to customers quantity, above production time is for customer reference.

For Rush order production, please kindly contact customer sales before place order to confirm the lead time.

Shipping terms

Express: DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc	Samples and small orders suggest choose this, and for urgent order, customer can think over use express to deliver the goods according to your budget.
By Air Cargo shipping	Somewhere the Express charges too high, and the air freight is lower than Express freight, and the awards are urgently in need, on that case we suggest to choose air shipping.
By Sea shipping	Delivery by Sea it will cost long time shipping time, this way suitable for large order and the item not very urgent.

Dispute resolution

1, During production time, customer cancle the order, we will not return the deposit.

2, All of the logo, text word engraved or laserd must be approvaled by customer before production. We shall not be held responble if we done same as the samples after customer approval.

3, If there is any damage during the transportation, we will resend the same quantity products in free, but you need bear the freight.
